To use:Shake well before use.Before sun exposure, apply a generous amount of lotion evenly to face and body. NOTE:After swimming in salt water, rinse face with water and towel dry before reapplying sunscreen.For complete removal of sunscreen, use of a Shiseido suncare cleanser is recommended. SUN SAFETY TIPS:- Apply sunscreen products before exposure. - Reapply frequently, especially after perspiring, swimming or towel-drying skin, to maintain the sun protection. - Reducing the quantity of application will lower the level of protection significantly.- When being exposed to strong UV rays, use of a high PF sunscreen is recommended.- Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when using a sunscreen product.- Over-exposure to sun is a serious health threat.- Seek shade during the hottest hours of the day. - Protective clothing, wide brimmed hats and sunglasses should be worn. Sun Safety Tips especially for babies and young children:- Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.- In addition to protective clothing, babies and young children should wear high protection sunscreens WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT UV RAYS? >>
